Our client is a newly established e-commerce business in the hygiene and personal protection industry. Muff Digital resources were engaged to prepare and manage the full online product launch and support sales efforts with additional digital campaigns.

To capitalize on the gap in the market, we worked to a very tight launch deadline. The shopping catalog included niche products highlighted by advertising platforms as medical items, hence of sensitive nature and difficult to advertise. Moreover, as a brand-new website, the shop required testing and optimization work to cater to its developing audience.

Our analysis of the customer experience on the newly launched website started immediately post-implementation. A/B testing and heat maps were used to establish the most compelling online shopping funnel. Multiple landing page variations were deployed, and the most successful versions were used for paid advertising campaigns.

A creative brand approach had to be used to overcome the challenges posed by strict advertising policy and online platform regulations. By working closely with the client, we were able to identify the most suitable channels for advertising, as well as the keyword variations that would ensure ad compliance. As a direct result of our work, the client succeeded to profitably sell out the existing product stock and was confident to commission additional supply.
